Payment Options
Bulk school invoice: If you would like a bulk invoice sent to your school please choose EFT as you payment option and email helpline@vmsconferences.com.au with all delegate names to be included.
PCard: Select Credit Card as the payment method or follow the link on the bottom of the tax invoice
EdConnect/PO: Raise a PO prior to registration, select EdConnect as the payment method
Invoice/EFT: Select EFT as the payment method and follow the instuctions on the invoice that is attached to the confirmation email
Image and Contact Sharing
The Conference Organisers reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at the Middle Leaders and School & System Leaders events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Conference Organisers may use the photograph/video in publications for the purpose of education, promotion and advertising or other media material produced, used, or contracted by the Conference Organisers including but not limited to; brochures, newspapers, magazine, television, websites etc.
Any person attending the Middle Leaders and School & System Leaders events who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or event organisers, and/or contact the Conference Organisers on email operations@vmsconferences.com.au.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
By attending the Middle Leaders and School & System Leaders events or by failing to notify the Conference Organisers your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Conference Organisers from any and all claims involving the use of your picture/video.
