We look forward to once again welcoming Deputy Principals from across the state to our NSW Primary Deputy Principal Conference. This state-wide conference provides high quality keynotes and workshops reflective of the feedback from Deputy Principals from previous conferences. The program combines motivational, informative and reflective keynotes and workshops that aim to support and inspire Deputy Principals as they perform their key roles and responsibilities.
The goal of our conference is to explore our leadership of schools. These two days are an opportunity for:
adaPt - adapting to the changing educational climate and requirements of our role
knowleDge - continuing to develop the knowledge to be the best leaders we can be
comPassion - pausing and exploring the compassion and empathy we exhibit to develop cultures of care
streNgth - coming together as a community to celebrate our strength as leaders and people

Conference Dinner
All delegates are invited to attend the conference dinner held on Thursday 12 September 2024 at 7pm. The dinner is included in the conference cost.
Stewart House
Every year we invite representatives from Stewart House to attend the conference so we can learn about and celebrate the invaluable work of the staff and school for our vulnerable students. We are proud to donate $10,000 to Stewart House each year.
Registration Information:
Early bird registration is $500.00 per person, including the two-day conference and dinner. This cost does not include accommodation.
Early bird registration closes on 5 August 2024
After the 5 August 2024 the cost of the conference will revert to the full cost of $600 per person for the two-day conference and dinner.
Please note that this two-day conference is discounted by more than 50%, thanks to our sponsors.
No refunds will be given after 23 August 2024.
