Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Leura 2024 International Breast Cancer Conference Managers helpline@vmsconferences.com.au

 

Registration Fees

Cancellations before Thursday 26 September 2024 will incur $100.00 cancellation fee

Cancellations from Thursday 26 September 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations after Friday 27 September 2024 will receive no refunds*

 

 *Please note refunds will not be issued after Friday 27 September 2024, however, transfer of registration to another person will be accepted. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be advised in writing to Conference Managers prior to the Conference.  No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

 

Accommodation

Cancellations after Thursday 3 September 2024 will receive no refunds.

 

Payment Options

1. EFT - funds may be transferred to VMS Conference Trust Account at BSB 032 151 Account 195227. Please ensure your Reference # is inserted in the description. The SWIFT Code is WPACAU2S.

2. Credit Card - we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, and 1.75% will be added for fees and charges. The credit card transaction will be processed through a secure bank gateway to our account and a transaction receipt emailed to you.
