Use of delegate images and sharing of delegate information

Photographs and videos

ACORN reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at the ACORN 2024 International Conference, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video.

ACORN may use the photograph or video in publications for the purpose of education, promotion and advertising, or in other media material produced, used or contracted by ACORN including but not limited to brochures, newspapers, magazine, television and websites.

Any person attending the ACORN 2024 International Conference who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in person to the photographer and by email to contact@acorn.org.au.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

By attending the ACORN 2024 International Conference or by failing to notify ACORN of your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify ACORN from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or video.

Delegate information

Certain information from consenting delegates will be shared with sponsors leading up to and after the conference. This information includes first name, surname, email, job title and organisation name. If you do not wish for this information to be shared, please contact ACORN by email on contact@acorn.org.au.
