Gilbert Enoka

Gilbert Enoka is a legendary mental performance coach who has worked with New Zealand's corporate and sporting elite. He is internationally renowned for his two-decade history with the All Blacks. He has been with the All Blacks for over 250 tests and during that time the team has won back-to-back Rugby World Cups, one Laureus Award (for the best team in the world), 17 Bledisloe Cups, three Grand Slams, seven Tri Nations and five Rugby Championships. Gilbert's reputation has also seen him work with the Black Caps, Silver Ferns, Crusaders and many other high-performing international athletes. A sought-after speaker, Gilbert talks about the psychology behind individual and team success in world level sport and how this can be applied toany walk of life.

 

 

Leigh Sales

Leigh Sales AM, the anchor of ABC-TV's Australian Story, is one of the country's most recognised and respected journalists. From 2011 to 2022, she presented the ABC's flagship evening current affairs program, 7.30, as well as being the face of major news coverage for the network, including federal elections and budget nights. She has been a foreign correspondent based in Washington DC, covered various rounds includingnational security and politics, and worked for TV, radio, print and digital. She is the author of five books: Detainee 002: The Case of David Hicks (2007), On Doubt (2009), Well Hello (2021), the national bestseller Any Ordinary Day (2018), and her latest work Storytellers: Questions, Answers & the Craft of Journalism. Leigh co-hosts a wildly popular podcast called Chat 10, Looks 3 with her friend Annabel Crabb. Liz Ellis

Tanya Hosch

Nationally respected leader and advocate with a long and distinguished history in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander policy, social inclusion, goverance and public advocacy, awarded South Australian of the Year in 2021. Her current roles include Chairperson on the Advisory Board Centre for Indigenous People and Work, UTS, Director of First Nations education-focused GO Foundation, part of The Goodes O'Loughlin Foundation, and Director of National Library of Australia. Tanya was the inaugural Executive General Manager of Inclusion and Social Policy at the AFL for almost 9 years, maintaining her commitment to working towards social good through a range of institutions and organisations. Before joining the AFL, she was Joint Campaign Director of the Recognise movement for constitutional recognition. In May 2017, her contribution as a member of the Referendum Council resulted in The Statement from the Heart. This year she was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in recognition of her                                                   significant service to social policy and her advocacy for diversity and inclusion.

 

Wayne Pearce

Martin Heppell

Martin's background is unique. He spent a considerable amount of time growing up in Borneo living with a Dayak headhunting tribe. He was also educated in different parts of South East Asia and has been heavily influenced by the morals and values that he and his family were immersed in whist living with the Dayaks. After finishing high school in Melbourne, Martin spent 6 years in the AFL and SANFL systems playing for St Kilda, Melbourne and Norwood Football Clubs. Following this, he travelled the world backpacking for nearly 3 years. Upon return to Australia, Martin studied primary teaching at Melbourne University. After completing his degree, he taught 1/2 and 5/6 year levels for 4 years before beingpromoted to Assistant Principal at Auburn Primary, where he focused on Student Wellbeing, Educational Leadership and Change Management. After 4 years as Assistant Principal, he joined the Resilience Project. Since 2016, he has conducted over 1,700 presentations across Australia to key stakeholders at schools and their                                            communities, corporations and elite sporting organisations including the AFL, NRL and the A-League. He especially enjoys                                                            situations that present challenges and requires an optimistic focus to address. He is passionate about children being raised in a                                              supportive and encouraging environment that evokes self-confidence and a zest for life. His presentations are original and                                                        energetic.
